Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation by email. We may decline an order — for example if an item is unavailable or the price was listed in error — and if we do, you are refunded in full.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown and charged in US dollars. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or foreign transaction fee, which is outside our control and not something we receive.

Payment is taken at the time you order, through our payment provider. We do not store card details.

Availability

We list a curated range and occasionally an item sells out between your order and dispatch. If that happens we will tell you promptly and refund you in full. We will never substitute a different item without asking you first.

Delivery

Delivery estimates are working days from dispatch and are estimates rather than guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

Import duty and taxes

Where duty is not prepaid at checkout it is payable by the recipient. We tell you which applies before you pay.

Returns and cancellation

See our Refund & Cancellation Policy. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

Pricing errors

If an item is listed at an obviously incorrect price we may cancel the order and refund you rather than fulfil it. We will always contact you first.

Our liability

We are responsible for supplying goods as described and for losses that are a foreseeable result of us failing to do so. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers or customs, though we will always help you resolve them. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. This does not deprive you of the protection of consumer law in your own country of residence.
