Shipping Policy

Dispatch

Orders are checked and dispatched within one to two working days of payment clearing. You receive an email with tracking as soon as your parcel is on its way.

Delivery times

Estimates are working days from dispatch, and are shown on every product page and again at checkout before you pay:

• United Kingdom — 4 to 7 days
• United States — 6 to 12 days
• Germany, France, Australia, New Zealand — 5 to 12 days
• Hong Kong, Japan, Malaysia, United Arab Emirates, Canada — 4 to 12 days

These are estimates, not guarantees. Customs inspections and carrier delays do happen. If a parcel is running late, contact us and we will chase it.

Shipping charges

Shipping is calculated by destination and parcel weight and shown in full at checkout before payment. There are no charges added after you order.

Import duty and taxes

Some destinations charge import duty. Where we can collect and prepay it, the checkout total says so and there is nothing more to pay. Where we cannot, the carrier will invoice you on delivery — and we say so clearly at checkout, before you pay, never afterwards.

Customers in the United States should note that the duty-free allowance for low-value parcels was withdrawn in August 2025, so duty applies to all incoming parcels.

Undeliverable parcels

If a parcel is returned to us because the address was incomplete or nobody could accept it, we will contact you to arrange redelivery. Redelivery may incur a further shipping charge.

Lost parcels

If tracking has not moved for ten working days, contact us. We will open a case with the carrier and, if the parcel is genuinely lost, replace or refund it in full. Chasing the carrier is our job, not yours.
