What we collect and why

We collect only what we need to sell you something and get it to you.
Who we share it with
Your delivery details go to the carriers and fulfilment partners handling your parcel, because that is the only way it reaches your door. Payment details go directly to our payment provider and never reach our servers.
We do not sell your data. We do not share it for anyone else's marketing.
Where your data is held
Our systems are hosted in Singapore. Because we ship internationally, delivery details are necessarily shared with partners in the destination country and in the country of dispatch.
How long we keep it
Order records are retained for seven years, as tax and accounting rules require. If you delete your account, your name, email, telephone and addresses are erased immediately and past orders are kept only as anonymous records.
Your rights
Under Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act you may ask what personal data we hold about you and how it has been used, and ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Union, you additionally have the right to receive a copy of your data, to have it erased, to object to processing, and to complain to your national data protection authority.
Account holders can delete their account directly from the account page. For anything else, email support@bramblesupply.com and we will respond within 30 days.
Cookies
Cookies necessary to run the shop — your basket and your session — are always active. Analytics cookies load only if you accept them; declining changes nothing about how the shop works.
Changes
If this policy changes materially we will say so on this page and update the date below.
